Quality You Can Count On

Quality

Doing it right the first time saves time and money:

We understand that framing is one of the most important stages in the building process. It is our goal to deliver a house that is completed to the highest standard and insure it will be a project you will be proud to put your name on. After all, if the frame of a structure is poorly constructed the rest of the project will be difficult and more costly to build and never be the masterpiece you set out to produce.

Fogarty Construction

ensures the quality of their work in several ways:

 Quality Craftsmanship:

We know that quality work begins with quality craftsman. To this end, Fogarty Construction invests heavily in the education of its crew members. It’s owner, Tom Fogarty, loves what he does and endeavors to pass that enthusiasm on to his employees. He takes every opportunity to teach them new skills and abilities thereby increasing the quality of the finished project. Because of his dedication to his crew Fogarty Construction has many employees that have been with us for years. The lack of turnover and consistency of our crew affords Fogarty Construction with a dependable standard of high quality man power insuring the builders and home owners can count on a job that is completed on schedule, a site that is kept immaculate, and a finished product that is always picture perfect.

Fewer Mistakes = Smaller Scrap Piles:

Fogarty Construction generates considerably less waste. Because of the extensive training the crew has received, they are less likely to make costly mistakes. It is company policy to recycle as much of the scrap pile as possible back into the house for things such as blocking and headers.

Making less work for the subs that follow:

And finally, because of Tom's insistence that the house be perfectly sound and square, the subs that follow have a much easier foundation from which to work. For instance, many sheet rockers have encouraged builders to use Tom because it makes their job easier and much faster and they too burn through less material.
